• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

One Account Per User: Each account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Pricing: Service fees are displayed on our platform before purchase. All prices include applicable GST.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information.

Subscription Duration: Course access is granted for 6 months from the date of successful payment.

Payment Failures: We are not responsible for payment failures due to technical issues with banks or payment gateways.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• View and practice with question bank content
• Track your personal progress and performance

This license does NOT permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform
• Share your account access with others
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works

Timed Tests: Our tests have time limits that are strictly enforced:

• Timer starts when you begin a test and runs continuously
• Tests auto-submit when time expires
• Closing the browser or tab does not pause the timer
• You can resume an interrupted test, but the timer continues from where it was

Auto-Save: Your responses are automatically saved as you answer questions. Progress is saved to your browser's LocalStorage and synced to our servers.

Test Resume: If you leave a test (close tab, browser crash, etc.), you can resume from where you left off within 1 hour. After 1 hour, saved progress expires.

All content on FMGE Prep, including questions, explanations, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to FMGE Prep and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Legal action for copyright infringement
• Financial liability for damages

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• That the platform will meet your specific requirements
• Any specific exam results or performance outcomes

FMGE Prep is a study aid and does not guarantee success in FMGE or any medical examination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMGE Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Exam performance outcomes
• Any other damages arising from use of our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 6 months.

While we strive for accuracy, medical knowledge evolves rapidly. We make reasonable efforts to keep content current but:

• Content should be used as a study aid, not as medical advice
• We are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information
• Always refer to current medical guidelines and textbooks
• Content is for educational purposes only

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You share account credentials
• You distribute copyrighted content
• We suspect unauthorized or illegal use

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us, but no refund will be provided for unused subscription time.
